In the beginning it was simple. In April, 1956, a father and son cut a road in the quiet town of Dennis on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This was the start of the residential neighborhood that would become known as Wrinkle Point.
Today, few people would describe the portfolio of Davenport businesses as simple. The company is now a fourth-generation, family-owned business that is successful and diversified. The Davenport Companies now employs over 200 people at more than a dozen companies throughout New England, including commercial and residential real estate, assisted living, construction, and a variety of service businesses.
